This 45min session, we will figure out what to specialize in and what to highlight in your meditation journey. This is particularly good for beginners, or even if you are looking to identify a practice that works best for you.
A.I.M Meditation.
In 2024 I certified in A.I.M (Awareness Insight Meditation). This practice is perfect for those who feel their minds are constantly racing, their bodies are sore and they need a mental break. AIM teaches the mental skill to slow your mind down in stressful situations. The simplest form of rest is allowing the mind to be.


Group Meditation
Group meditation is an incredible way to create new connections, get inspired by others practices and work together as a community to share personal meditation skills. The group sessions can fit up to four people, It can be friends, couples or enter as an individual to meet new faces.
